INSTRUCTORS

Be the first to teach AQUACYCLING, the newest and most innovative group fitness activity inspired by AQUABIKING, coming from Europe. We are looking for both Junior and Senior Instructors to work with us on developing this fantastic fitness sensation in New York and in the USA.

This concept being new to the American fitness community, our Instructors will receive a training program to help them embrace this new activity the best way possible.

Our Instructors will have a strong personality, a passion for their job and the ability to make their students feel special, inspire them, challenge them and coach them to improve their lifestyles while building their loyalty.

Requirements

  • Holding a Training certification such as CFCS or CPT
  • Holding a Lifeguard certificate (or willing to pass the certificate)
  • Holding a CPR and/or ARC certification (or willing to pass the certificate with us)
  • Background in indoor cycling a plus
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Friendly and professional with the customers
  • Attentive, caring, inspiring with a strong personality
  • Enthusiasm for fitness, healthy lifestyle, with a passion for our service
  • Flexible schedule

FRONT DESK STAFF

The Front Desk Staff will reflect the luxury and friendly image of AQUA and will have to provide impeccable customer service to each client at all time.

Responsibilities

  • Providing high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to AQUA clients
  • Assisting the Location Manager and Assistant Manager in daily studio tasks
  • Maintaining the aesthetic and appearance of the studio
  • Handling the booking and reservation system

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
  • Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service skills
  • Friendly and professional phone etiquette
