It’s super EASY: take one class a day for 5 days and follow the 5-day meal plan included in your detox guide. After 5 days, you will feel lighter, stronger and energized.
CHALLENGE REWARD: if you take your 5 classes in one week, you will receive 2 complimentary classes (1 full schedule and 1 off-peak).

When enrolling to the Spring Detox Challenge, you will receive a email receipt including a link to download your Detox Guide. Your Detox Guide will include all you need to know to get started.
