We offer over 50 group classes per week. Small size of 14 people max to ensure our Trainers can oversee each of you. All classes are delivered in candlelit pool or dimmed lighting studio. We offer a variety of classes, from beginner to advanced level. Regardless of your fitness level, we have a class for you.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

Imagine your regular Aquacycling class + off the bikes moves such as leg raises, jumping jacks, lunges to challenge your speed, core and balance.

AQUACIRCUIT

CARDIO + TONING

Alternating high speed cardio with toning exercise, move from station to station, with very limited time to rest. The class ends with a 5-min relaxation and floating meditation.
