Katrina Phillip

Katrina is originally from the Chicagoland area, and has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, teaching everything from urban rebounding trampoline to Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates Mat, to cardio dance, Barre, H.I.I.T., total body conditioning, land cycling, Kangoo, and more. Many of her classes are taught at various uptown facilities (and courses! She is a new adjunct professor this year at the renowned Columbia and Barnard University!). When she is not teaching and training, you may catch Katrina on stage or on film, dancing and acting.

Katrina first came to AQUA on a date with her partner, whom she met in her Spin class. He loves to swim, so she thought it’d be the perfect date for them. After class, she was hooked, and had to find out more about the studio, the techniques, and how to incorporate this incredible workout into her repertoire.
