WHAT IS THE LYMPHACTIC SYSTEM?

The lymphatic system is a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins, poisonous waste and other unwanted materials. It is also an essential protector of the immune system. A peak functioning lymphatic system is key to health and vitality!

WHY DETOX?

Lymphatic congestion is a major factor leading to inflammation and disease. If the lymph is not flowing well, the cells are poisoned from their own waste and the lymph fluid becomes toxic, resulting in fatigue, swelling, infection, inflammation and disease. The lymphatic system needs your help to move the fluid through the body because it doesn’t have an automatic pump like the heart.

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOUR SYSTEM IS BACKED UP?

Are you feeling any...

Headaches, Brain Fog, Lack of Energy, Recurrent sore throats, Reduced ability to fight infections, Constipation, Difficulty loosing weight, Bloating, Swelling, Heavy Legs, Dry Skin, Acne, Pain, Stiffness

HOW DOES AQUA WORK?

The movement of the water against the body assists the flow of the lymph as gentle movements in the water stimulate muscle and skin movement. Toxins are moved out of your system and into your blood stream for elimination.

The ripples of the water flowing against the surface of the skin mimics the finger sweeping motion used during a formal lymphatic drainage massage.
