Session focuses on improving agility, increasing leg and arm power and high-intensity cardio training, weight-loss, toning and and cellulite reduction. This program will take you in and out of the water, following your Personal Trainer's recommendation based on your goals and needs.

This program is mainly in water and focuses on soothing joint and muscle pain, opening and increasing mobility and range of motion, slow movements, massage and meditation.
